Happy Birthday Quadralifting:
3 Years Old, January, 2011.
Quadralifting turned 3 years old, last month in January.
Although Quadralifting has a U.S. Copyright date of November 22nd, 2007, it did not Debut at a Meet until late January, 2008, at the 2008 Chippewa Classic, in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
Since that time, Quadralifting has steadily gained popularity, with Lifters from several different States competing, and Lifters from 3 different States represented in the Quadralifting Regional Top 10 Rankings.
At the 2010 Wisconsin State Meet, more Lifters competed in Quadralifting, than in Bench Only.
